Since its establishment, the National Foundation has been working on several projects with the aim of collecting and disseminating expert knowledge and information relevant to the strengthening of capabilities and development of civil society organizations.

The National Foundation undertakes the following activities for that purpose:

• Publishing of the professional-popular journal Civilno društvo (Civil Society)
• Publishing of expert books, handbooks and studies as well as electronic bulletins pertaining to the civil society
• Building the holdings of an expert library, collecting and processing library materials related to civil society organizations
• Building the holdings of a digital collection of books published and disseminated in electronic form.
